I received an email from TalkTalk saying that from 25 February 2025 I would be able to add or delete 5 mailboxes from my account. I want to delete 2 email addresses. When I tried to do this today, I was greeted with a message saying that this functionality is temporarily removed due to maintenance work. What is going on??

@Ady-TalkTalk we seem to have lost a number of posts on this thread (?including your answer?).

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
