Talktalk's lack of transparency about dire financial position.

How do we complain about the lack of information given to Shell customers about Talktalk's dire financial situation in July.  It  had a 1billion debt and no interest from investors.  Shell customers were not informed and could have ended up being sold again to another provider.  The acquisition of Shell customers has been used to act as security for bondholders. On August 26th the Chief Financial Officer, was still in discussion with potential investors. I think all ex-Shell and TalkTalk customers should be told.

Well, ongoing Talktalk customers  have not been told either. 

 

Your service had to be maintained, come what may. Talktalk was already there in the background providing the service. The only change is who does the billing  / admin side of things, @angrybat66.

 

This change came with no penalty, of course  - if you had chosen to change supplier altogether while still in contract with Shell it would have been costly for you.
