Router keeps dropping low

My talktalk router keeps dropping out and talktalk wont replace it, asked several times over the past twelve month for a new one. My router came up with a message about some thing had expired on

my mobile showing the date   when I had it to present day.The date spanned a 10yr gap 2014 to2024.

Is there any way can help,the router is a HAUWEI .Ihave been a customer of AOL  when TalkTalk took them over.Why indeed do they refuse to give me new router when mine is over 10yr old
