This is because you need to start your own thread for support from staff on the forum, @Wodahs.
You'd also need to complete your community forum profile details for them to identify your account. They answer during the day, Monday to Friday. It's not real time, like a phone conversation, so you need to keep an eye out for their replies in the thread.
