I ordered a new wifi router to be delivered and I wanted to check when my order was going to be intalled. My account summary page and track order page just come up with "Ooops page not available". The track order page is how you can rearrange your installation and now I think I have missed my install, which I believe I will be charged for. I need to know when the install is and make sure its on a day when Im in and not at work.
