Unable to Broad band on my Hitachi tv in kitchen

Can any one give me a phone number to talk with a real person at talktalk. 

I think I need a new router but can't get past a robot!

Do other devices connect via WiFi?

 

Why do you think the router is at fault?

 

Is it a new TV or have they previously been connected?

 

What have you tried to get the 2 to connect?

Reset the router? If not try this by pushing a pin in the reset hole. Note, if you have changed passwords or router name, these will reset to the routers original values.

 

Reset the TV?
