Hello,
I am suddenly unable to connect to my work's VPN despite having done so for the past few years. Nothing's changed on our work servers, and IT have advised me that this has recently happened a lot for TalkTalk users. Something about firmware needing updating I'm told?
Please could someone give me a hand fixing this issue so that I can reconnect to work?
