Unable to forward port 80 and 443

Hi

I'm trying to port forward port 80 on my router but I get the message

"The Configured port conflicts with the internal service port"

 

Looking at other posts on here it seems like it's an issue with the DG8041W router and I'd have to request to change my router, how would I do that?

Afternoon. I am having the exact same issue with the Huawei DG8041W router. 

I am trying to forward port 80 so I can use my domain name for personal hosting, however I get the error message "The configured port conflicts with the internal service port." 

I can set it to another port and access over http, but then I can't use my domain.

 

Can you please help? Is this issue possible to fix with a firmware update, or would I be able to swap my router for another?

The router is on its way, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.
