Wonder if anyone can help, since June 2022, I have been unable to access my VPN. today I thought, let me sort this out as I am working from home again. I spent 2hrs on the live chat speaking with someone telling me to disconnect, shut down, reboot, disconnect, shut down and reboot. In the end, they told me that I need to contact my IT department, even though I had gone to them before, as I thought it was my laptop, and a thorough check was given.
Surprise, surprise Talktalk somehow managed to get an error and cut me off.
I rang the Talk Talk technical department only to be told if it's an internet problem they can help but they can't help if it's a VPN issue
The router I have is a Sagemcom fast 5364, TalkTalk super hub (but not VPN accessible???)
Can anyone suggest what I should do next?
