Please help!
Connection to my work VPN was working fine last year when I worked from home, now I'm having to work from home again and it's not working!
Nothing has changed - router - laptop - or anything else.
I can connect it if I use my phone as a hotspot, but nothing through my router whether wired or not.
I've seen a few threads on this, so I hope there is a simple solution.
Only renewed contract a week ago as been trouble free until now, but I'll have to cancel if I can't remote work 😞
Router is a SageMCom SG4K100130

Wow really? OK that's good if it is.
Our company has held off on the Windows 11 update so far, in case there were early issues. Is this separate to that?

Hi @MattnJo1 sounds like the latest Microsoft vpn has arrived on your laptop.
It's a known issue and the team here can sort it quickly now they are aware. Should be sorted by this time tomorrow.
