Hi, ive just got off the phone with my office IT person. I have recently been trying to connect to my works VPN - however we can not get it to connect, my IT guy has tried all sorts of settings and he's come to the conclusion that I either need a new router or firmware needs updating - my firware is SG4K100136...is there an update? My router is a FAST5364-3.
How do i go about getting either firmware update or a new router as i currently am unable to work!! i used to be able to "remote" into my desktop but that option is no longer available so have to connect via VPN.
Thanks in advance.

It's OK, I'll start the firmware update remotely, is it OK to start it now, it can take up to 10 minutes to complete?
