Almost every time I'm on the website, a page either doesn’t load (just shows a blank screen with or without a loading spinner), or redirects me to a non-existent page. Like currently I would like to view details about upcoming fibre installation appointment, or check the status of equipment delivery, but I'm just not able to since nothing loads!
This has been going on for quite a while now — it’s not a one-off problem. It’s really frustrating when you're trying to manage your services and the site simply doesn’t work.
Is anyone at TalkTalk aware of this ongoing issue, and is there any plan to resolve it?
