House move issues no internet

Following a house move and installation by an engineer, our internet connection has gone completely offline. After navigating through customer services we've been told the service takes 10-14 days to go live. I just wanted to confirm if this has been the case with anyone else as I can't seem to find this information anywhere in our contract. Thanks.

What go live date were you given?

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
