I recently got given a pc from work for use however I have had toubble connecting vip Windows VPN (OS is Windows 10 Pro), I was told by IT that TalkTalk would need to change/ update the software for my router.
However I spent over 40 Mins on the phone last night and they had no idea what i was talking about, can someone here help please.

Hi @WarierAd,
If you have the Sagemcom Wi-Fi Hub then this issue might be caused by the version of firmware that the router is using, when the support team here are back tomorrow they will be able to take a look at this, and change your firmware if required.
