I need to change back from 5 Ghz to 2.4 so that my HP printer works.

I have got to the 

Login to TalkTalk Wi-Fi Hub 

to do this but when I input the details on the back of my router, it doesn't accept them

This is not helped by the last two figures being 'F ' and either a zero or a letter 'O'

How do I know which is it is?

How can I log in to do this if it won't accept the details I am putting in?

OOPS! I realised that I was putting in the network and not the router name. All sorted!
