disabling auto channel selector

Hi ,

      I requested this over a year ago , as i was having problems.The auto channel was taken off my sagem router , and everything worked fine. I have started having problems again , and would you believe , after i change channel , it reverts back to auto channel , which is extremely busy with other neighbours. Please could you disable this again for me thanks .

Hi @doogster1971,

 

It may be that your router has had an automatic firmware upgrade overnight recently, when firmware is upgraded it turns this setting back on. The support team here will be able to turn it off for you again, they will hopefully be able to reply tomorrow.
