I am currently overseas and my internet package has expired, i cannot log on to my account from overseas so how to set up a new contract without expensive telephone calls?

It can't be done via the forum, but, if you have a VPN you should be able to log in. You can also use Chat, as long as you pass ID checks, @ritchi.
