new router not delivered

hi, you contacted me to renew my contract, i did so but i said the router i have had is in need of replacing as its so old and cuts off when moved. 

this was all good and i was told a router would be sent, that was 13th december and it has still not arrived, can you please get in touch or ii will have to call and reconsider our agreement to renew with you, i dont want too and probably sounds worse when reading than the situation is, please let me know if you sent it or not.

in the meantime i will check address in account although i cant see how that could be wrong, thank you
