Hi I was promised a £40 voucher if I stayed with TalkTalk  it has been several days now and it has still not arrived anyone else been made a false promise.

"Several days?" The usual lead-in time is 90 days. Where did you get the offer?

 

If you would like the support team here to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk landline number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.

 

 

 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
