When making  a decision to swap broadband it was the gift voucher which finally swayed my decision - 5 month later and still no sign of a gift voucher and no help from customer service. Feel like it is almost a scam especially seeing how many others have not received theirs either!

It can happen because some settings on your browser may not have been enabled at the time of the transaction so that the sale and offer have not been tracked. Which website did you sign up through and how much was the voucher for? The support team will look into this for you as soon as they can when they are back online from Monday.
