Just had it confirmed my 4 daily emails from one.network(elgin.org) were sent at 0416 today  they told me to ask you to check that you have not started to block them

Hi paja32, are you receiving other mails? Have you checked your mail filters and forwards to make sure they're not being blocked there?

nothing needed checking at my end all the fault was talktalk servers not responding  all was all back to normal this morning all emails were arriving just after 4am as usual  case closed
