I have an old, but still active, Tiscali email but I cannot remember the password. unfortunately Talk Talk keep sending the reset details to the email I cannot access. As I am no longer a TalkTalk customer I need the reset details sent to a gmail account. Can you help?

Password Reset details should have been set up for the email address so that an alternate email and or mobile number can receive a password reset.
As the self-help password change / recovery options aren't there then I'll alert the TalkTalk Community team for you.
In the meantime, please update your Community Profile Personal Information (Click here) to include your name, current contact 'phone numbers and address with postcode (location) then scroll down to Private notes and add the email address and Save changes.
A TalkTalk OCE will reply to this thread and Community Private Message you to verify the registered email user details.
When verified, the new Reset details will be set up and you'll be able to use the Forgotten your Password option to reset the password.
Hi red dave1, have you not received messages advising that the mailbox will be closed if you don't have a broadband account or sign up for TalkTalk Mail Plus?
