Hi,

Please help all my emails I send are bouncing back to me with error message "550 5.7.1  Reject for policy reason" whatever that means

This is nonsense all emails addresses are legit as is the messages in them please fix - I suggest your AI is over zealous and dont work properly - problem with ai and similar is it cannot reason and why ai etc will never be able to replace humans - but in the meantime please help and fix this really irritating problem

Hi Ady,

I hope you are well and thanks for the reply.

Thankfully I was able to send again without changing the password which is great for me as I would then have to change the password or several devices which I didnt really want to do obviously, but all good and working again without a password change, whatever it was must have been fixed @ TT.

Hi dazza7, please reset the password for the mailbox using a new password that you've never used before. Once you've done that if you still can't send please let me know straight away.
