GOOD EVENING EVERYONE. BEEN HAVING TROUBLE RECEIVING EMAILS ON MY TISCALI ACCOUNT BOTH ON LAPTOP AND PHONE. BEEN LIKE THIS SINCE FRIDAY. NOT COMING IN ON WEBMAIL EITHER.

Over weekend 9/10 November, and yesterday (11th Nov), email chaos in terms of failed 'sends' and 'received' emails. Some eventually appeared in a surge-like manner a day late. Appalling service with no notification to customers of service issues meaning that I and colleagues engaged in endless attempts to send/receive emails and try to work out where the problems existed and who was responsible!

Although you have recognised that you are experiencing something which is not your fault, and others are also having the same problem, in accordance with Community policy, please start your own "New Topic" to report yourself as yet another Tiscali user with this problem.

I have not been receiving emails on my tiscali email account this evening and am useless at trying to fix things myself don’t do technology, usually rely on family to sort things out but no one available today so hoping that the problem will get fixed by talk talk tomorrow. Helpful to know others are having the same problem

There is a very specific fault in the interface between tiscali.co.uk and the rest of the email world, which means emails originating from Microsoft or Google based email services is not getting through to addresses on tiscali.co.uk. There are now upwards of two dozen individual user reports here in the community, and I spent an hour using online chat on Saturday morning to report the fault to Talktalk. We can only hope that when one of the Talktalk staff arrives on the Community on Monday morning, someone will start getting it fixed.
