Accidental cancellation of direct debit

I pay a monthly subscription fee of £5.00 to TalkTalk for email service. Recently there was a new direct debit request (for the same sum) from a company i didn’t recognise so i cancelled the request thinking it was a scam. Now i am worried that i have accidentally cancelled the email service i receive from Talk Talk. How can i ensure that the service (and subscription) to Talk Talk is continuing?

Thank you so much for confirming the issue has now been resolved and we apologize for the lack of communication from our part.

Everymail in fact contacted me and gave me the opportunity to reconfirm my payment details which i have now done. Hopefully it’s all sorted now. Worth mentioning that i had not received any direct communication from TalkTalk about my mail service being transferred to Everymail. If they had notified me none of this confusion would have arisen. Hopefully it will all be smooth sailing now.

You will need to log on to your Everymail portal and complete a direct debit form with them to keep your email addresses in that case.

Yes it was for Everymail. But i didn’t recognise the name and had not been warned by TalkTalk that the service was shifting so thought it was a scam and cancelled Evermail’s direct debit request

Was it for Everymail?

If so then your service is probably moving.

Do you see a red banner about subscribing when logging into webmail?
