I suspect I recently had my mail account hacked and now not receiving or able to send mail.

I have checked all settings and cannot see any problem, both my wife & I are using a Tiscali.co.uk address but she has no problems. Can you please help?

Hi @spexman I will look into this for you. Can you please provide a screenshot of the error message you are getting when you try to send an email.

Change your email password ASAP and run antivirus  / malwarebytes on every device.

Also add both addresses in the Private Notes area of your community forum profile, down from the Personal Information section. SAVE CHANGES. 

 

That's partly just in case you are affected by legacy accounts not being linked to your current Broadband account. Staff would need to fill in a webform for you if that's the case.

 

They'll be back on here during the day, from c 8am, to help.
