My Email not working (receiving only)

I am not receiving any emails.  I am able to send emails. 

I have tried sending an email from elsewhere.

I use Thunderbird for emails and Firefox for my browser.

Hi there @GwenM1 Can you please try accessing your Emails via webmail and see if you are still not receiving them from there?

My talk talk wifi is fine. I have also cleared my cache.

Can you check your TalkTalk Internet access for me now and let me know if it works? You can do this by trying to reload the site or application you were experiencing problems with or trying to search for something on the Internet.
