Hi, I had already processed for cancellation of board band wifi at ny home. And one of your team members told that 6th of August will be last date. And early termination fee will be charged and will be taken from my direct debit card. Also prepaid envelope will be send to my given address to return device. But we haven’t received any mail till now.
