Trouble using Patreon

Can connect to Patreon and then connect to Creators page , choose a subject , watch the video   of a drawing being done , then  have a choice of  subjects to download IE materials List or. Line art .  but will not down load . After two weeks changing settings on Patreons suggestion  have come to the end of Ideas . Have tried two lap tops a PC and mobile all the same result . so I have come to the point the only common denominator is TT , Tonight changed the broadband supplier by logging into my neighbours WiFi and low and behold straight in and down loaded  the files I needed . Has TT blocking the use of this site   or what  very annoying when in the middle of a project , and cannot access   Can any one suggest an answer other than changing server

Do you see a blocked webpage notification message when attempting to access the site you experience problems with?

I have done all that has been asked cleared Cache ,cleared cookies tried four different servers tried VPN   all to no avail but change Broadband supplyer and it works so fault is with Talk Talk,  please give me an answer

-Clear Browser Cache: Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can sometimes resolve access issues. Please try this and see if it helps.

-Try a Different Browser: If you haven't already, try accessing Patreon using a different web browser. This can help determine if the issue is browser specific.

when am I going to get an answer if you read my emails you will see I have done what is asked changed Browsers changed machines and nothing works but change server and it does work so fault must be Talktalk, so please tell me what is happening

I understand, 

You have mentioned that you are able to connect to Patreon and cannot download the material. If you are using one browser, try accessing Patreon through another browser and see if you are able to download (e.g., if you’re using Chrome, try Firefox or Edge). Let me know if you are still having the issue with you switch to a different browser.

It appears I cannot reply to you via the email you have sent me. I have no problem with my line  but feel free to check we are home most of th e time being long retired, our problem TT has changed something that we have used for somtime . can connect to Patreon connect to our creator which we subscribe to . Watch their presentation on how to draw video  then when trying to down load the material list, out line of picture, or tips on how to ,they will not down load . was told to change  Google settings  . not in my skills . have connected to a friends broadband (vodaphone) it all works   so why does it not work on TT

No idea why staff didn't respond during the week - they are not back on here before Monday, however.

As we have been using Pateon for sometime with no problem , why  is it not working now , we use two laptops and a pc also tried  the mobile with the same result  can connect to our creators but not down load the downloads yet change to Vodaphone and all works fine , so why should I have to change settings just for Talk talk. Which is something beyond my knowledge. No disrespects to you but would like and answer from Talk talk . A year to go in my contract and their changes have become not fit for purpose .

Hi @johnh29 try using a VPN there are several available f.o.c. or if you don't use homesafe or kid safe try changing the DNS settings to , say, Google

8.8.8.8 and secondary 8.8.4.4
