Adding second email address to mail box

I can't add a second email address to my mailbox. I have subscribed to everymail. I have tried all the steps to add but I keep getting error messages. My poor dad can't send emails. Been trying to sort this for over two weeks, just keep going round in circles. Please help its so frustrating.

Once again. I have already been in touch with everymail. They say I need to subscribe { pay an extra £50} My two emails are on my talktalk account but clearly havent been linked together in the switch to everymail. I can still use my email account but my dad can't send emails and gets error message to subscribe. As talk talk have taken my money this is a talk talk issue to resolve!

once again I am just going round in circles. Been on the phone so many times over the 4 weeks, no one can help. I have paid £50 to talktalk for mine and my dads email address . My dads email is connected to my account but he keeps getting error messages to say his account will be deleted if he doesn't subscribe. When chat to everymail they say I haven't subscribed. I have paid talktalk yearly for a couple of years now to keep our emails. Last £50 was taken from talk talk in August.

Hello,

Yes I received email about transferring to everymail. I can sign into webmail and mailbox manager but it won't let me add my dads email as it says it already exists. My dad sees the red banner when accessing his emails and he could no longer send emails. We had to sign him up for a trial so he could finally send emails as we have been trying to sort the issue for over 4 weeks. My email is in mailbox manager but my dads isn't there but it is connected to my account REMOVED FOR SECURITY.

Have you received an email about transferring to Everymail?

 

Can you sign into Webmail or mailbox manager?

 

If so what email addresses can you see and what is missing in Manager? Please don't post the answer to this question here but detail them in the private notes field (link later in the post) so Staff can see them (post back to say you have done so though).

 

Do you see a red banner to subscribe in Webmail? Does your Father?

Find this thread so confusing and I am so frustrated trying to get this issue sorted. Been trying to sort for over 4 weeks now and I am just going round in circles. I paid talktalk £50 in August for my email accounts. I can confirm it definitely left my bank account.

I can't add my dads address to my account. Says my dad needs to subscribe too. He has lost the ability to send emails.
