Everymail Mailbox manager doesn't allow me to use the custom domain option

Hi Everymail/TalkTalk?,

                                          FYI - My Everymail subscription account logon brings me back  here when using the support option! 

 

Problem: My 2 mailplus mailbox accounts  (onetel domains) were successful migrated to the Everymail service. I can view these in their mailbox manager option. They have been both added as mailbox manager admin accounts. When attempting to add another account of mine that is in the Tiscali domain, the custom option (bold letters for that and default option) doesn't allow me to select that in the drop down option, only my 2 registered onetel domains are available for domain selection.

Hi there @Hantslad, as per process hence the migration was completed now you'll have to report to Everymail. since you have mentioned this is not possible since the subscription is giving you issues, I'll just have it looked into. Thanks

Thanks for the reply. Though my 2 mailboxes that were paid via the TT mailplus product have been migrated (annual subscription), it appears though I'm not subscribed to the Everymail service, as both mailboxes only have a 10 GB mailbox size instead of the expected 15 GB allowance per mailbox with the new service? So, because I haven't got a subscription I can't use the live chat service to raise my fault with Everymail? Can TalkTalk follow up the subscription issue (for former annually paid Mailplus TT customers only perhaps) with Everymail please?

If the Tiscali address wasn't already covered by Mailplus, and your Mailplus accounts have already moved across to Everymail, @Hantslad, you are probably going to have to deal with Everymail directly to get this sorted.

 

Staff will respond during the day on here, Monday to Friday. 

 

Make sure that your Personal Information details are complete on here; lower down,  in Private Notes add all affected email addresses. SAVE CHANGES. 

 

Access the profile area via your avatar; settings etc.
