Link to talktalk mailbox manager from dashboard

Is there a selectable field on the talktalk account dashboard that will take me to the talktalk mailbox manager? The only way I can get to manager is by typing the link directly into a browser. Conversations I have had with support seemed to imply there were selectable fields from the dashboard.

Response from customer support:

1. Log into My Account
2. On the main menu, select My Package
3. Scroll down to My email and select Manage mailboxes

I don't have these fields.

With that I can get to Mail login and Talktalk account login but not to mailbox manager.

Also I am only seeing menu on the phone. Using Edge no menu is showing.

On your phone within this forum there is a link too. Click the hamburger next to the search icon and you can get to Mail and My Account that way.

Quicker link:

Top right drop down select Network and connections. Then select My Home Connection. This gives My Connection screen.

I have actually found a link from talktalk account.

From Dashboard, select Fix a problem. 

On My Connection screen find Get help with your other products and select Email Service Status.

On that screen there is Manage mailboxes.

Maybe I should tell Customer Support!

They must have been looking at an old "script" as this was previously possible via My Account, but hasn't for some while now, possibly for over a year.
