I left Talktalk broadband a couple of years ago but paid £5 per month to keep my three email accounts active. I now find out that only one of the accounts was added to the subscription and I now need urgently to get the other two linked.
I've tried adding the accounts but this comes up with a ' No Message' error. I can still see the old two acounts under a Talktalk Mailbox Manager so can Talktalk sort this asap with Everymail please.

One thought, have you received a subscription link on the other 2 email addresses? If so try subscribing using the link then see if they link again.
Or do you see a banner within Webmail to subscribe? Again if so try subscribing.
If they are not then linked after subscribing, contact Everymail support to get them linked.
