Link to talktalk mailbox manager from dashboard

Is there a selectable field on the talktalk account dashboard that will take me to the talktalk mailbox manager? The only way I can get to manager is by typing the link directly into a browser. Conversations I have had with support seemed to imply there were selectable fields from the dashboard.

Response from customer support:

1. Log into My Account
2. On the main menu, select My Package
3. Scroll down to My email and select Manage mailboxes

I don't have these fields.

They must have been looking at an old "script" as this was previously possible via My Account, but hasn't for some while now, possibly for over a year.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. No, you cant get to via my account.
