When I joined tiscali many years ago ,I could have family members using e mail on my account  this carried on to talktalk .just recently  mybrother cannot access his tiscali.co.uk  e mail account , why has this happened

All of them need to be specifically linked to your Broadband Account, @Pawales67?.

 

If they are legacy addresses, Talktalk doesn't have a record of this:
