Address book transfer to thunderbird

Good evening. 

For many years I have accessed my 4 talktalk email addresses using Thunderbird.  My computer has just been converted from Windows 10 to Windows 11.  I have had to reinstate Thunderbird and my 4 email addresses and this has been successful in all respectes back to normal, except that the address book is missing.  Can you please advise me how I can copy my address book which is on my talktalk account so I can transfer it onto my new Thunderbird?

I found this on a relatively well known search engine: copy address book from webmail to thunderbird.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
