Hi,
I do not receive all emails and the recipients/customers notify me that this is being blocked, I have checked my IP address and this is blacklisted by: Spamhaus ZEN (TTL 300), UCEPROTECTL2 (TTL 2100) and UCEPROTECTL3 (TTL 2100).
Can one de-list my IP address as this causes many issues.

Hi S-K-Machines, if the IP is blacklisted the team will already be working to improve the reputation of the range. In the meantime you can turn off your router overnight and it should release the IP address. But first I'd recommend editing the 2nd filter list in your webmail as you're blocking your own email address in there.
