Dear TalkTalk Support Team,
I am currently experiencing issues with my internet connection due to my public IPv4 address being blacklisted. Below are the details:
It appears that my IP address is on a blacklist, and this is causing connectivity issues. I kindly request your assistance in delisting this IP address or moving me to a dedicated IP address to resolve the problem.

Hi
The majority of ISP's will use dynamic IP addresses, and these will be reused across the customer base. You may at times obtain an IP address that may appear on a black list for any number of reasons from online streaming to spam mails etc.
I would first try powering off the router and ONT if connected to full fibre for an hour and then power on and see if a different IP is assigned.
