How do I confirm if my email accounts have been transferred to my current TalkTalk account

Due to a technical issue upgrading our TalkTalk account in 2023 ,we were advised to close the account in my husbands name and open a new account ,which we did in my name .

I am having difficulty checking if my TalkTalk .net emails  have been transferred to the new account.

I have tried mailbox manager but it only lists the 3 email addresses and not which account they are linked to.

At the time I was advised that  the new account could only be set up in an alternative email address  (My gmail account)

 

Any advise would be appreciated

Unfortunately, support staff are no longer available here and this will require you contact TalkTalk directly as the forum is now peer to peer and this is something we are, on this occasion, unable to help you with.
