When sending emails to existing contacts, the emails are not sending and 2 error message appear

Does this happen irrespective of what device you use to send the emails and irrespective of whether you are on your home Internet or mobile data for example?
If it only occurs when on you home internet it may be associated with your IP address. Try turning off your router for 30 minutes to start a new session and try again.
Failing that, Unfortunately, support staff are no longer available here and this will require you contact TalkTalk directly as the forum is now peer to peer and this is something we are, on this occasion, unable to help you with.
