A fault has been found with my Broadband. I was told to book an engineer, via "my connection" page. I cannot find where or how to do it.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

The My Connection page is via Service Status Dashboard in the forum menu, @Traceykay.
If you are still stuck, let us know, and staff can book it in for you when they are back during the day.
