I am not able to find how to ensure an email is not blocked since the new talktalk update. I am having problems with emails being sent from school, ie xxxxxxxurn.tlt.school
As this has happened before, the email address has been added to my acceptable emails
Can you also check for the same reason please. Also added to my allowed list.

I can send to these email addresses, but they are unable to send to me, specifically the tlt. school email address.
Tlt emails if sent from individual seem to be ok now but not from a group email
