I haven’t received any order confirmation emails from Tesco, nor notification of time of delivery, substitutions or my final bill. Tesco assures me the problem lies with Talktalk which isn’t accepting Tesco messages.
This is driving me crazy as I need to know what’s been taken from my account without having to go through the bank.
Please, please Talktalk sort this as it’s been going on since the beginning of February.
