I am the account holder my emails both send and receive work no problem
my wife’s emails all sent emails from her are blocked cannot be sent she can receive emails ok tried both outlook and webmail both can’t send same error message “you are blocked sending email 554-554 5.7.1 need help

New password for my wife’s email account already done problem still there her email j.peterson@talktalk.net
i haven’t altered my password I’m the account holder as my email is ok

never had a problem before been using these emails for a long time no issues what has talktalk been upto to mess things up

Hi m7jgp, please send me a personal message with the affected email address if the problem persists once a password reset is done for the mailbox. It must be a new never used before password in order to trigger the block to be removed.
