I was sent an email from TalkTalk on the 8th January 2025 stating that a referral had completely switched to TalkTalk and a Gift Card would be sent,
After two months of emails with Giftcloud I was referred back to TalkTalk. I used live chat and after being given two telephone numbers not in use. I then spent a fair amount of time on different telephone numbers with different people from TalkTalk to no avail. This was on the 13th March 2025.
I was finally asked to provide evidence of all this including from the referee. I asked for an email address to which I could send something.
The email I was sent used the first name of the referee, so TalkTalk know who we both are. Not withstanding we are Customers.
I will leave this here for a few days in case it is picked up first.
