Payment takes twice

I was paying my bill and pressed back and the redid the payment and it had taken it two times but I have only one confirmation email for one off the 40 pounds will I get the other money back?

Only 1 payment has appeared. 

If the second payment goes through, you will be able to see it in My Account and request a refund.

Hi @Jm202 did you check that both amounts actually left your bank account.

If they did your account will eventually be in credit and then you can request a refund , or leave it for the next bill.
