I referred my daughter to TalkTalk and we both received emails saying that we would receive £50 vouchers.
After several weeks my daughter has received an email saying 'Sorry, but we are unble to provide the £50 voucher you were expecting. Instead, we have added a credit for £50 to your TalkTalk account which will show on your next bill'.
I haven't received a similar email and there is no credit on my account. Will I be getting a £50 credit please?

I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.
They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.
