I was told the voucher offered for signing up to talktalk broadband would be issued after 120 days, it has now been more than double that time and I’ve had absolutely no updates, giftcloud useless and passed me onto talktalk. Hoping someone could advise?

I have a made an adjustment to your account of £100 however it will reflect on your TalkTalk account within 24 hours. You will then be able to request the refund in MyAccount, if you wish for it to be refunded to your bank account:)

Hi there @SmithJak I would love to look into this for you. Please confirm when you signed up for the deal? as on my end it is showing you signed up on the 30th of October, however this could be incorrect as I do not have full access to full fibre accounts. Can you also please confirm if you placed the order directly with TalkTalk or 3rd party sales partner website? Thanks
