For a start, Talktalk doesn't sign itself with a hyphenated "Talk-Talk", @Tootles  and if you hover over the sender's name you'll probably find it's someone's spoofed or harvested email address.

So no, not legitimate.

Report it and bin it.

It's a variation of the emails that scammers have been sending out in recent months exploiting changes in how Talktalk manages the email service - so they must be from someone who observes ongoing developments at Talktalk quite closely. Rather a worry!

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link in the post at the top of any forum message board.

This seems like a scam as its generically addressed with a salutation and not your name.

Of you hover over the sender I doubt it will be from TalkTalk or Everymail. If so just delete it and don't click in the link.
