I have tried to view my current and past bills in my account but nothing is viewable except the loading icon. Similarly, the live chat only shows the loading screen. It's almost as if TalkTalk doesn't want to be disturbed today.
Any suggestions on how to make it work?

I have tried the Chrome and Firefox browsers to no avail and clearing cookies/cache, disabling ad blocker and pop up blockers made no difference.
I hold out little hope of resolution of the problem based on my previous attempts to get an email address. Thankfully, the full fibre service has been reliable.

No problems here. Have you tried the usual stuff e.g. clearing cookies/cache, disabling ad blocker and pop up blockers, a different browser etc?
